Return & Exchanges Options

If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, we will process an exchange or refund for products that are unworn and in like-new condition.

Items must be originally purchased at properlytied.com to qualify. If purchased at a local or online retailer, returns and exchanges may be facilitated through said retailer in accordance with their policies.

For eligible returns you may request:

 Exchanges & Store Credit: FREE within 60 days. Original Payment Method: $9.95  flat return rate within 30 days.

 

The full amount paid minus shipping fees and discounts will be credited 7-10 days upon processing of the returned item(s).

 

“FINAL SALE” or “ALL SALES FINAL” are offered at clearance prices and should not be returned. This includes "semi-annual", "final flight", "last call", and "12 Days of Christmas" promotions. 

FINAL SALE return eligibility is not guaranteed and restocking fees are subject to change at any time. If you have questions about eligibility, please email customercare@properlytied.com. Please note: no exceptions to the return policy above can be made.

Damaged Items or Received Incorrect Item

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact customercare@properlytied.com and they will instruct you on the proper procedure to correct the item. Please report all damages or incorrect items within 3 days from arrival.

Returning a Gift within 30 Days of Original Ship Date

If you are the recipient of a gift originally purchased at properlytied.com, we will need to update information associated with the original order. Please reach out to customercare@properlytied.com with the purchasers name, email address, order number, and phone number to process returns/exchanges.
