If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, we will process an exchange or refund for products that are unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.

Items must be originally purchased at properlytied.com to qualify. If purchased at a local or online retailer, returns and exchanges may be facilitated through said retailer in accordance with their policies.

For eligible returns you may request:

 Exchanges & Store Credit: FREE within 60 days. Original Payment Method: $9.95  flat return rate within 30 days.


The full amount paid minus shipping fees and discounts will be credited 7-10 days upon processing of the returned item(s).


Return Exclusions: 

“FINAL SALE” or “ALL SALES FINAL” items are offered at clearance prices and may not be returned. This includes "semi-annual", "final flight", "last call", "spring cleaning", and "12 Days of Christmas" promotions as they are offered at deep discounts. 

Other items considered final sale are as follows: undergarments and socks.

Damaged Items or Incorrectly Received Items

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect item, please use our return portal to return the items and select the correct reason for return. You have 30 days to return the item for a refund and 60 days to return for a store credit or exchange.

Returning a Gift or Returning a Pop-Up Tour Purchase

If you are the recipient of a gift originally purchased at properlytied.com or a Properly Tied Pop-Up, we will need to update information associated with the original purchase. Please reach out to customercare@properlytied.com with the purchasers name, email address, order number, and phone number to process returns/exchanges.

For gifts that were purchased at local or online retailers, returns and exchanges may be facilitated through said retailer in accordance with their policies. We do not accept returns or exchanges from products purchased at other retailers.
