Return Options

We always want our customers to have the best experience at Properly Tied. If you need to return a product for any reason, we will process a refund for products that are unworn and in like-new condition.

For eligible returns you may request:

Store Credit: Return shipping is free within 60 days. Original Payment Method: Return shipping is free within 30 days.

 

The full amount paid minus shipping fees and discounts will be credited 7-10 days upon processing of the returned item(s).

 

“FINAL SALE” or “ALL SALES FINAL” are offered at clearance prices and should not be returned. This includes semi-annual, "final flight" or "last call" promotions.

However, if you must return for any reason, you may request STORE CREDIT ONLY with a RESTOCKING FEE as follows: 

$9.95 fee: Use your own shipping provider within 15 days, fee will be deducted from store credit

Damaged Items or Received Incorrect Item

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact customercare@properlytied.com and they will instruct you on the proper procedure to correct the item. Please report all damages or incorrect items within 3 days from arrival.

Returning a Gift within 30 Days of Original Ship Date

If you are a gift recipient we will need to update information associated with your order number, please contact customercare@properlytied.com. Gift recipients who return an item will receive an e-gift certificate. Gift recipients without an original order number will need to pay return shipping. 

Need to Exchange an Item?

If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order on our website and send back your original order as a return. You will be refunded your original purchase if it arrives to us in like-new condition and unworn within 30 days from ship date.
